St. Mary's House Investors LTD, Sheffield, UK

We are a group of investors who have started the action group St. Mary's House Investors LTD in order to solve the problems that have been going on for the last three years between Nobel Design & Build and the investors of St. Mary's House in Sheffield UK.


If you have purchased a student apartment / pod through Noble Design & Build then you may know the problems investors are now facing with high management fees and lack of response from Jade Ata to all investors.

We are currently a group of more than 50 investors and searching for all other investors at St. Mary's House with the aim of getting a fairer deal for our investments than is currently being offered by ND&B.

  4. Jade ata has offered buy back @ £40000 paying a ridiculous return over 7 years. Our investment was £60000+. Even if you calculate our investment plus ROI minus buy back price we have helped him to become richer at the expense of our hard earned money without any benefit to us.

  5. My name is Nazar I own flats 127 and 128 at St Marie’s . Please join together to voice our concerns. I don’t even receive rentals for my both properties. Jade said once that one of the units was unoccupied. What a con man he is. We have no access. I am prepared to visit if all come together.

  6. I have invested in the print works sheffield now into the non guarentee period. No communication from jade , final,y she sent me a statement for the first quarter , no payment as yet was due between 1-5 March according to the agreement. Never had signed copy by them do my agreement . No fi formation on the rent until I asked for the statement. Jade Does not answer the phone , sends me rude email replies. Gary Ata emails now u deliverable . This is driving me insane , feel there is no where to go and no way out . I know this forum is for a different development but the problems are the same .

  10. I have no idea if I should be voicing my experience but this is the only vocal place I found. I have had a very hard time dealing with Jade Ata, I lived in St Marys and recently she decided that I owe money and have less then the end of the month till she takes 'legal action'. This comes as a shock as when I moved out (almost 6 months ago) I asked if there were any more fees/payments I needed to make and she did not reply. Jade Ata never picked up the phone either when I was moving out to sort things quicker. She is extremely rude and unprofessional.

  15. I put deposit for Light Box flat
    Then no communication for 6 months so I would have to take a legal action to get my money back. I have a flat in Kelham too. It sounds quite worrying company to work with!

    1. Hello Sadiq, You might want to try to email stmaryshousesheffield@gmail.com and they should introduce you to other investors of Light Box. That's what I did and they directed me to other investors of Printworks. I understand that NDB have St. Mary's House, Printworks, Light Box, The Hub 71 & Kelham Works with unhappy investors.
